General Information

Airfare: You may book your own airfare, or I will book your flights at the lowest available fare.

Meals: Full Israeli buffet-style breakfast daily + 3 lunches + 4 dinners.

Touring: Sightseeing per itinerary in a luxury air-conditioned coach with licensed guide and driver.

VIP assistance: Upon arrival and departure at Ben Gurion airport.

Fees: All entrance fees to sites en route and porterage at hotels and airport.

Not included in price: Visa fees, insurance and gratuities.

Travel insurance: I advise clients to purchase trip insurance to cover the cost of the trip and situations that may occur with travel. Trip insurance is $279 per person.

Payments: $500 deposit per person. Balance due 90 days prior to departure. Cancellation fee: Up to 120 days prior to departure $200 per person. 119 – 90 days prior to departure $500 per person. 89 – 60 days prior to departure, $1,000 per person. 59 – 30 days prior to departure, $1,500 per person. No refund within 30 days of departure. Any and all refund requests for cancellation or otherwise are assessed a 3% processing fee of the amount to be refunded in additional to the penalties indicated.
