We are back in LA with memories of our family trip that will be with us forever! We all had fun and loved learning from our guide Yuval.
A couple of things that were incredible with the kids…the Jeep ride through the Golan Heights, Biblical Lunch, Hiking Ein Gedi and seeing the kids in the waterfalls, that spectacular light show at the Citadel, and we even stopped on the way to Masada and the kids loved riding a camel! We are all appreciative of an itinerary that gave places to visit and things to do that we will be talking about as a family for a lifetime.

We are back from our wonderful trip to Israel. Even weeks later we are still glowing with vivid memories, flashbacks and just the marvelous high of having been on one of your tours. There were so many best parts that it is difficult to begin a report to you.

…My favorite day of the trip was my Bat Mitzvah on top of Masada…My second most wonderful day was riding the donkey…I will always laugh when I remember that day. Hopefully, I will not think of it during math class. You, Tova, will forever be in my heart for making this the most unforgettable event of my life.

Rabbi Boyden was sensational. As a filmmaker, let me just say that he couldn’t have been more perfectly cast. Of course he had a good script to work from, and the location was sensational, but the human perspective he added was the perfect complement. I wish he headed a congregation in the Washington area. Our family would immediately join his flock.

I never imagined I would ever meet a “one time congregation” Rabbi (Rabbi Uri Regev) who had the ability to pull us together after four days in Israel…make us feel like he was involved and lead us in a service that would be remembered by me and my family forever.

Our guide, Yair, was an absolute gem. I cannot imagine a smarter, more committed, more passionate and fun tour guide. Everyone adored him. We learned a lot, laughed a lot, cried a little and had a lot of fun.

(Letter to guide) You showed us Israel through your eyes and with your heart. We return home a different family taking a small piece of this wonderful country with us that we promise to cherish.

It has been full, stimulating, at times exhausting, always inspiring, often sad, consistently moving. It is sad to say good-bye because we know that nothing at home compares to the intensity and the uniqueness of Israel. It is the heartbeat of our people.

I just had to let you know what a wonderful vacation it was for everyone. My mother, who is 79, said that she was glad she had lived long enough to experience such a trip. You may add us to your list of satisfied customers.

It was the greatest tour that we have ever experienced…the people, the scenery, the history, the sites, the electricity in the air…Israel has it all. Forget the rest of the world.

To simply say that (the tour) was outstanding does not adequately describe the super time we all had with your guidance. It was beyond expectations. I was especially pleased that it opened the grandchildren’s eyes to a heritage I don’t think they realized they had.

It is unusual, to say the least, when seven people (spanning three generations) unanimously agree that a trip was fun, educational, well planned, and dynamic. These are seven people who usually can’t agree on what color tie to wear!

We started out as a family of three and ended up with an extended family of twenty-seven…we are already anticipating another trip to Israel… (It was the Golden’s 18th trip to Israel.)

I must admit, as a frequent independent traveler, I had my initial reservations about a guided tour. However, I think because of your personal touch and commitment, along with the attention to detail, the tour was a great success.

Randee and I want to thank you for all that you did to make our trip to Israel extremely meaningful and fun. The itinerary had just the right balance of exciting outdoor activities and historical sites. The entire trip was seamless and the accommodations were outstanding. I also want to thank you for finding us an excellent guide in Yuval. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the trip extremely memorable. The boys are already repeating the many “Yuvalisms” they learned during the trip (much like my family learned from you 40 years ago). We are already talking about what we will do our next trip to Israel — thanks to you and Yuval.

We are having the most spectacular time in Israel. It is a fairytale trip . Thank you for all your special touches. We have fallen in love with Israel.

.. what a wonderful trip we all had to Israel. It was well planned, super easy for me to navigate and everything went off without a hitch. The King David was wonderful. Jerusalem was my most favorite part of the trip. Dylan’s bar mitzvah was perfect and the rabbi was just the best. Petra was eye-opening, I think it hit 118 degrees the day we went.

The jeep ride through the Golan was a favorite. The water tunnel was a crazy experience, such history and experiences. You should have seen my mom on her 75th birthday kayaking the Jordan!

I especially want to point out that the trip would not have been as special and fantastic if it weren’t for the PHENOMENAL tour guide, Erez and our bus driver, JACOB. Kind, knowledgeable, generous, reliable, warm and flexible. There was no time that I was in the two men’s company that we did not feel safe and protected. Erez hung in there and answered every one of my son’s 7 billion questions about Jewish history along with my husband and the rest of our questions about modern day culture, and life in Israel. Truly, if either Erez, or Jacob were to come to the US, I would be honored to personally guide them around my home!!!

What an incredible tour we had in Israel. It was definitely first class all the way. Thank you for arranging this incredible experience for our family! Ofra was outstanding and beyond knowledgeable. I miss Israel and everyone we met already. The hotels were great! I did fine on both flights. Slept the whole way there and back. The bat mitzvah was an amazing and special experience and the party at the hotel at night was also a very special and wonderful event. Thank you thank you thank you! I am very fortunate to have generous in-laws and I couldn’t thank them enough too! At first I was surprised to learn that Jeff wanted to do the tour again so soon after being there but I now know why. We can’t wait to go back! You clearly are an expert at this and every finest detail was covered. Even down to the fancy limousine taking us back to the airport last night. I have never been prouder to be Jewish and to see what our people have done with the harshest climate conditions and being surrounded by enemies is so inspiring.

I have been thinking about our trip from last summer for the past year and time has gotten away from me. So here we are, a year later, and the feelings and memories are still as fresh as it happened yesterday. I wanted to let you know what a beautiful trip we had and thank you personally for all your hard work. I know our family is not so easy to work with, given the fact we are large and live up and down the East coast, each with our own schedules and needs. But you really put together an amazing adventure and all the special people that work with your company did a fabulous job. We never, ever expected to have such an emotional and welcoming experience in Budapest. Rabbi Deutsch and his community is certainly one of a kind. They were warm and patient and made us feel like we were part of their neighborhood. It is really difficult to put into words, but every time we think about it or talk about we tear up. Miller was so fortunate to be able to have his Bar Mitzvah in such a special place, rich with history and culture. Thank you for everything that you did to make this dream happen!
